Treant

Dnd Treant Race

Treants are majestic, sentient trees brought to life. They resemble enormous trees with arms, legs, and a face formed from bark, branches, and leaves. Though they may appear slow, Treants are the awakened guardians of the deepest, oldest forests in the world.

Moosoe

These nature spirits often live alongside the Moosoe, a deer-like race that shares their devotion to Mother Nature. The bond between Treants and Moosoe is both spiritual and practical; together, they protect the forest and follow the teachings of the same goddess of nature, known as Mother Nature. In their villages, each race lives in harmony, guided by a Pope of Nature a wise figure capable of communicating directly with the goddess.

The Life of a Treant

Treants are gentle giants, peaceful by nature, and deeply rooted in tradition and patience. Yet they are formidable when their forest or companions are threatened. They can unleash immense power and destruction when nature is in danger. While many assume Treants are slow and predictable, their behavior varies as much as the tree species they embody. A Treant based on an oak, for example, will be thoughtful and steadfast, while a willow Treant may be gentler and more melancholic.

Most Treants stay far from human civilizations, but some leave their forests when they form a close bond with a companion often a Moosoe or another nature-aligned traveler. They rarely travel, but when they do, they carry the strength of the forest with them.
