  Purr­ma­nia is a city of strik­ing con­trasts: majes­tic pub­lic struc­tures like the Colos­se­um of Claws stand along­side cramped, mul­ti-sto­ry hous­ing, and grand forums are con­nect­ed by nar­row, unpaved streets.

Women wear a woollen robe, the sto­la, over this and use a brooch to fas­ten it at the shoul­ders. Men wear a toga on offi­cial occa­sions and oth­er­wise a tunic.
