It is characterized by frequent, agonizing storms of acidic rain and hail, a yellow-green miasma, and a constant, soul-crushing stench with many villages that make a city and it has many casinos and cafes.

The city of Minauros, ruled by Mammon, features these in addition to Amnizu in cafes and Chain Devils (Kytons) in the hanging city of Jangling Hiter.

What are the culture and traditions?

The major industry is the soul trade.
Soul trading involves swapping souls for goods or treasure, buying and selling mortal prisoners, dealing out souls that are not lawful evil, and more. Styx devils specialize in this.
